I’ve worked at Lovelace Medical Center for nearly 18 years. Even after all this time, I still enjoy what I do.
As a physical therapy technician, each workday is different. I meet so many people and feel fortunate that I’m able to help them when they need it most. It’s incredibly fulfilling when I see the progress my patients make from one day to the next. It’s even more rewarding when I’m at the grocery store or running errands and I see someone I’ve helped who is able to get out and live life.
One of the reasons I’ve chosen to stay at Lovelace is the support I get from my supervisors and co-workers. I know they see the time I spend with each patient and value my efforts. It’s important to me that I feel supported and appreciated, and it’s nice to know that I am.
