Lovelace Westside Hospital
Since I began working at Lovelace Westside Hospital in 2003, I have witnessed a transformation. What began as a small facility with limited services has grown by leaps and bounds. With the opening of the new ICU, OR, GI lab, and med/surg units, Lovelace Westside has become a hospital that easily caters to patients’ needs.
As a staff pharmacist, I welcomed this change and the challenge it brought to my everyday work. While our capabilities and services have increased, we still maintain the feel of a small hospital. My ability to easily communicate with physicians and nurses helps ensure that our patients receive the best clinical care available.
I feel privileged to work with a fantastic group of medical professionals who truly treat their patients as one of their own family members. Working at Lovelace Westside Hospital has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and I know the best is yet to come.
